A highly experienced communications professional, journalist, broadcaster, author and editor. He currently combines consultancy projects with the post of Head of Communications with the Christian Medical Fellowship representing 4,000 doctors and 450 medical students. He worked successively in head of communications posts at the Diocese of Sydney, the Anglican Communion Office and the Church Mission Society and for eight years was editor of The Church of England Newspaper. He has authored or co-authored six books. He writes regularly for The Living Church magazine (USA) and is honorary general secretary of Fulcrum, the influential evangelical-Anglican think tank. He is a Reader, attached to St Barnabas Church Ealing in West London. He is a ministry selection adviser for London Diocese, Willesden Area. His main consultancy interests are communications and media strategy. He is used occasionally by London Diocese as an adviser on Mission Action Plans.
